Matt brings strategic thinking, humor and a deep sense of story to his designs.
Matt graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee in 2009, receiving a B.F.A. in graphic design. He interned with Designsensory his senior year and got an idea of what kind of studio he would like to work for after college. After spending the first few years of his career as an interdisciplinary designer for the Tombras Group, Matt was excited when the opportunity arose to rejoin his old studio.
Matt’s work has been recognized by both the AIGA and the American Advertising Federation. Most recently, Matt helped Designsensory bring home two of our eight gold awards at the 2015 Knoxville ADDYs. Matt loves to combine a mix of systematic thinking and creative storytelling to design meaningful, human-centered objects and interactions.
