Dewayne Richards , a native of Nashville,TN is a Celebrity Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist. Inspired by his experience in photography, home renovations and other creatives along his path , Dewayne began his journey into the beauty industry in 2009 as a Master Barber. Being a natural creative from Music City, it almost seemed right that the industry would call for him to increase his clientele of women as he began building a thriving career from his amazing before and after transformations.

Dewayne has honed in on the trick to the aesthetics of hair and makeup and knows that visions are in the eye of the beholder. Be believes that these tricks can be splashed upon the canvases of the everyday to give brilliant light and color to the unreached places, the neglected places, to bring beauty back to LIFE. For Dewayne beauty and style are not superficial endeavors, they are a chance to touch the “light” within, the one thing that he believes is in each one of us.

Since then, he work has been featured in the Tennessean newspaper, Ambassador Magazine (A Goodwill Industries of Tennessee Publication), Queen Magazine, BlackSouthernBelle.com and Nashville Arts Magazine. He has also been blessed to work the Stellar Awards Show several times, Black Music Honors Award Show, and a number of different live and recorded productions and fashion Shows with clients as far as Vale, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Washington, D.C, and Jamaica.

He believes makeup & hair styling can go one of two ways: you can either hide or you can reveal. Dewayne is passionate about the big reveal and the feeling that comes over clients when they see themselves in this new light. Known by locals as "Dr. Beauty", his job as a Hair stylist and Makeup Artist – whether the canvas is skin or hair – is to help his clients see the grandest vision of themselves and reveal something that was previously hidden. Not only does he want his clients to see the beauty he sees in them, but also the Beauty that God intended for them to possess with confidence. So, with that purpose and the mind of being intentional he strives to work until that light is discovered.
